My wife and I were looking for a second vehicle .... we call it our "Puddle Jumper". Just a second option to scoot around the city with. We wanted a small SUV .... I looked at a few examples at the larger dealerships in town. And then saw an ad for a 2017 Escape - with 25,000
kms here at Fine Ride.

Had never even heard of these guys .... and we had never purchased (or even looked) at a vehicle from a smaller independent like them before. I did a little reading on them and decided to reach out....I sent an email regarding the Escape and Brittany responded almost immediately.

The bottom line is this .... as many reviews state these guys do not put ANY pressure on you at all. Brittany answered all our questions.....addressed a few things on the vehicle.....and after the purchase dealt with a couple of things promptly.

This is a laid back outfit - which we like very much. Casual atmosphere and friendly interactions. Although Brittany was our main contact throughout the process we met Steve and dad along the way. Same as Brittany - friendly, laid back and appreciative of our business.

We would do business with Fine Ride again.

A rarity in the used car business! Honesty,no pressure sales department (Brittany) and great value for my trade in and reasonable price on the truck I wanted to purchase. I was in the car repair industry for about 20years and sold a few cars from my shop so I can judge quickly how things work at Fine Ride Auto. There was a minor issue with the new to me truck and when I called Brittany she quickly said to bring it down and they would look after it. The best way to describe these folks is they treat people how they would expect to be treated. I would definitely buy from them again and am telling friends and neighbours how much of a pleasure it was to deal with them

I have purchased two trucks from Fine Ride. Both of the Trucks are just good, sound trucks. Fine Ride has the vehicles spotless and in great working condition, they are knowledgeable about the vehicles and seem to take pride in their work. Zero pressure sales, the way buying a vehicle is supposed to be.
